What a great tool for education purposes. Although I can see it's limitations, it was great to see what I could achieve with the use of Wiki. I looked into the wiki sites that were recommended and was impressed that I could communicate with Library staff all around the world. Library Routes was a great way to see how others gained entry into our field. As a library assistant, I have a way to go in my chosen career path and it was good to see how others got there. "A Day in The Life.." was ideal to communicate with the like minded.
It gives you fresh ideas and new up-to-date information that I can use in my line of work.I will definitley spend more time exploring wiki and participating in discussions.

Hi Again. I hope you were not all like me and stumbled my way through. With a little bit of help from my friends, I made it! This is the first time I have blogged anyone and can see the benefits this could have for me. I do intend to follow blogs regularly. I am just about to practice again on my workmates. I'll keep you posted.

My 23 Things

I will find time to do my 23 Things while I am working. Work is slowing down now as I approach holidays, so I have a bit of time up my sleeve to to do other projects.
My strategy used has to be about food. I love colecting and trying out recipes.
My goal is just to complete 23 Things and continue to use what I have learnt for my work. It would be easy to learn and then simply not use the new found skills again. I intend to keep up to date with the everchanging world!
